Join Executive Chef Mohan Ismail for one of his summer cooking classes on Saturday, July 25th from 11am to 1:30pm. Enjoy tasting different Singaporean dishes as he personally prepares them for you along with select wine pairings. The class is $75 and each guest will also receive copies of the recipes demonstrated.
