Chef Ernesto prepares to cut and portion the salmon sashimi for dinner service.
For the month of July, we will be celebrating our first year with a Chef Selections Tasting Menu. The menu will offer ten flavors across five courses for you to enjoy. Among these tastes is our recent addition the Nyonya Seared Scallops, served with caulflower, okra and grape tomatoes in a light curry broth. Or the Singapore Black Pepper Filet, medalions of tenderloin beef prepared with a brandy peppercorn sauce.
The Indian Stuffed Flatbread is one of our smaller plates offered during our RockTail hour. Freshly preparedflatbread is stuffed with beef, onions and spices then grilled to a golden brown for a crispy, chewy and delicious appetizer. Served with our homemade spicy ketchup.
Imagine a flaky buttery filet of black cod perched upon a bed of steamed tofu and topped with fresh bok choy and shiitake mushrooms sauteed in a light ginger-soy reduction. Now imagine how happy that would make you.
Join Executive Chef Mohan Ismail for one of his summer cooking classes on Saturday, July 25th from 11am to 1:30pm.
Enjoy tasting different Singaporean dishes as he personally prepares them for you along with select wine pairings. The class is $75 and each guest will also receive copies of the recipes demonstrated.
Please contact our private events coordinator to reserve your seat.
Looking for somewhere to relax after work before heading into the traffic filled drive home? Stop by and enjoy special priced beer, wine and specialty cocktails in our bar daily (weekends included!) between 4 and 6:30 pm. Our Blood Orange Mojito above is a refreshing mix of Bacardi Rum, mint, blood orange and orange zest. Also order up some RockBites for smaller tastes of many of our popular appetizers.
One of our most beautiful dishes, it's almost a shame to cut through that egg. But doing so enhances the flavor in our Ginger Fried Rice as the Chinese sausage, leeks, crispy garlic and ginger fuse to create the perfect accompaniment to any main course.
It has been a year since we first opened our doors for dinner and are delighted to have shared our restaurant with so many guests. Here we will share with you our many flavors and also introduce some of Chef Mohan's newest additions.
